We hope to maintain our traditionally low prices quoted here, but all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not currently registered for VAT.
Postal charges have taken into account the Royal Mail’s alterations. In future, we will charge postage at cost plus 50p (one off per order admin charge to include handling, packing & insurance costs) both in the UK and abroad – so, if you are paying by cheque, please send an open one.
PAYPAL: The total charge in Sterling = the total cost on your invoice plus 2.9% plus £0.30
Education Authorities / Official Bodies Orders on official forms, please. Note: you can’t reclaim VAT! Overseas orders Use Visa or any card with the Mastercard logo on it. Please specify whether you want
your order sent by surface mail or airmail – unless you tell us otherwise, we will send it by airmail.
PayPal: If you wish to pay by PayPal we pass their surcharge on to you, where total cost is the cost of Goods, P&P and Insurance. This is converted into the currency of your choice, using PayPal rates.
Stocked goods should leave here on the day of receipt of the order, or the day after. If you have heard nothing within 10 days, or have any query or complaint about our goods or service, then please contact us.
You can, of course cancel your orders up to 7 days after you receive your goods. It will be your responsibility to pay for return postage.

If we are not available, an answer-phone or 1571 service should be available. *Both partners are disabled and have frequent hospital/nursing appointments. Please leave a message!*
